Our Story
Brown & Brown Benefits was formed in 1976 under the name Jerry F. Nichols & Associates and in 1998 the agency was merged with Brown & Brown, Inc., which is the 6th largest insurance agency in the United States. Over the past 30+ years we have had the honor and privilege of working with many of our area’s most prominent businesses and families. As our community experienced tremendous change and growth, we changed and grew with it and the merger with Brown & Brown expanded our reach even further.
We are very proud of the high quality team of professionals we have assembled to serve our clients. They are the key to our past, present and future success because they are focused on our commitment to provide our clients with the highest quality products and service for their Employee Benefits needs.
Our commitment is to continue to expand our offerings of insurance products and services while building new professional relationships throughout Florida and beyond.
